When I try to print, nothing
happens.
- Make sure your printer is turned on and online. There might be a button or
switch on the printer labeled Online.
- Check both ends of the cable between your computer and printer to verify
that connections are tight.
- Verify that the printer name in the Print dialog box (File
menu) matches the printer you're using.
- Check the status of your print job in the Microsoft Windows or Windows NT Printers
folder.
- Try printing another picture. If that picture prints, the problem might be
related to content in your original picture.
- If you're printing over a network, make sure your network connection is
intact. Check with your network administrator for assistance.
- If you still can't print, try to print a file from the Microsoft Windows
WordPad program. If you can't print from WordPad, the problem is probably affecting all
your Windows-based programs.
